Privacy notice

This is a fictional demo site built by Terradeed Ltd. On a live client site, the client's own details replace the placeholders below.

Who we are

Loomvale Plumbing (demo), based in Darwen, Lancashire. Contact: hello@loomvale.example, telephone 01632 960742.

What we collect

On this published demo, the quote and booking forms do not send your details anywhere. They only open a thank-you page. On a live client site, the form would collect the name, phone, email, postcode and job details you enter, plus any photo you attach.

Why we use it

On a live site: to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, give a price and keep a record of work. The lawful basis is legitimate interests for answering enquiries, and contract once you ask us to do the work.

Form provider

This demo does not use a form provider. Before a real client go-live, choose a free provider such as Web3Forms or Formspree, set the access key in the build script, and name that provider here.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to handle the job and meet basic record-keeping needs, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them where we do not need to keep them. Email hello@loomvale.example. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
